Graduating from Bombay top university, Jag Grewal unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the cities biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Jag is still taking leaders Group to new heights.

Jag Grewal born in beautiful Goa and raised in Bombay, India. He completed his degree in B.Com, a degree in Computer Sciences, and two years of Law at the Bombay University before immigrating to Canada in 1998. He attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and completed a two-year Business Administration Program.

He began his professional career as a legal assistant in a large immigration firm in Calgary, Alberta. He soon moved on to open his own firm.

Background Experience Purchased two separate parcels of Land in Leduc County near Edmonton in the Province of Alberta and after planning and work being completed the properties were sold to a Calgary Development company and the County of Leduc respectively

Acquired land in Chestermere and worked on the planning and zoning to allow for residential development. We sold the project to A-Man Custom Development who developed 96 lots.

Acquired a condominium complex in Lethbridge Alberta for resale. Canadian Western Bank was foreclosing on the development and my partnership acquired the buildings for lease or resale at the time.

The company had successfully been approved for seed funding by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).

The company has also currently been approved by the Alberta Government for a seniors housing allocation.

Graduating from India's finest school, Mandeep has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new investors, Mandeep has made a name for herself with spacious designs. Mandeep has proven to become the face of leaders Group a positive asset to the community.

Jagdev has extensive experience in development and construction of residential and commercial dwellings this has played an important role in the development and operation of Leaders Group. His main duties consist of deciding upon which projects to take on and the action plan for development for each.

He began his began his career as a Chief Marine Engineer in India, his native county. Soon after immigrating to Canada he worked towards obtaining his designation as a sprinkler and pipe fitter. He lived and worked in BC as a general manager for Fire & Safety Sprinkler systems for a few years. Jag’s interest peaked in investments after he purchased a few home in Calgary and sold them for a hefty profit. He started out small, but today has many projects on the go. Since 2003, he has learned many different aspects about land development and continues to learn daily. His desire to become a developer has come from his learned knowledge about land and developable properties.

With a background in small town development and investing, He quickly adapted to big city business. In 15 years, Mr. Narchal has moved up the ranks and has become our newest president. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator.

Sohit Narchal has a vast experience as a strategic and senior level management at Leaders Group of companies and its associates. He has successfully managed businesses as an entrepreneur.

Networking with key contacts internally and externally in own area of expertise and to obtain necessary information; provided guidance and facilitating work is his expertise. Extreme ability to negotiate with multiple decision makers on complex sales. Outstanding ability to self-start and independently initiate new opportunities.

Remarkable ability to function in a highly structured sales management environment.

A Post graduate in Travel, tourism and administrative Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Delhi he has also managed sales and operations, including end-to-end management of sales activities, customer support and market trends for tourism industry for almost a decade and was heading a team of more than 30 members driving sales and customer support.

Has extensive experience as a lawyer in the area of development and has worked with and for builders, developers, and investors through local and international property acquisitions. Mr. Steed had operated a practice of law mainly focusing on all aspects of Real Estate and Company transactional law. He has also conducted his own development work in subdividing and dealing with negotiations with local municipalities and regulatory bodies. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta and fluent in both French and English and is actively involved in many volunteer organizations. Born and raised in Alberta he is a third generation Albertan with many family ties to all regions of the province. Since concluding his own practice of law, Mr. Steed is active in corporate work and business development.

Background experience: 1994-1998 purchased and improved homes in the Calgary Area in Killarney and was involved in the development of suites during this time while completing a degree from the University of Calgary.

1998-2002 University of Alberta Law School.

2005 Acquired and renovated multiple properties in the Canals area of Airdrie and performed work and sold properties for a profit. Also acquired and developed a NE Calgary property.

2006 involved in the acquisition of a Sylvan Lake property that was initially prepared for zoning changes and planning was done when the property was sold to Qualico Developments.

2007-2011 Acquisition and development of 80 acre property near Edmonton where the property was subdivided and initial work commenced and a culdesac built. Acquisition of 160 Acre parcel and subdivision of 3 acreage lots to separate titles and approach work completed on each of the properties. Mr. Steed was also involved in the acquisition of several other properties and planning for those properties during this time.

Mr. Steed has dealt with municipalities, engineers, Government of Alberta, and planning companies regarding developments for multiple years for clients and partners and completed agreements, contracts and documents for individual and company use.

Mr. Steed has also continued to acquire residential properties and redevelop or improve for resale and has completed several of these projects over the last number of years.

Mr. Steed is currently involved in activities with this group and focusing on the development of the project.

Kanika Chaudhary has joined Leaders Group as a network administrator and is working full time from wellington, New Zealand. Kanika has completed her B.Tech from Noida University. She has been associated with our partner company Harman Study hub in India since 2013. After moving to New Zealand for her higher studies in networking and based on her previous reputation with company she was recommended to be a part of Leaders Group Team. We always rely for a professional expertise from her in IT world..

Anjana Bhatti is a graduate in computer applications and a professional with over 10 years work experience in overseas education. I am adept in handling student visa inquiries and have expertise in team management, administration and marketing. Since March 2021, I am working as an Operational Manager for Leaders Group of Companies.
